Ken Griffiths Business Consultant | Ken worked for a multinational IT company for 25 years in Programming, Operations, Technical, Sales, Management, Training and Finance. He discovered Business Process Re-engineering by accident before it had been invented, doubling the organisation's revenues as a result. He has since worked for ten years with progressive small businesses, helping them achieve similar success. Tim Lloyd | Tim has more than 20 years of experience in developing systems architectures, and designing IT solutions to meet clients' business requirements. In addition, he has practical skills and experience in systems design and implementation, including IT architecture, project management and IT systems management, and the teaching of IT architecture and development methods. Recently Tim has been assisting a major UK-based retailer in developing its IT Strategy and in improving its IT processes to reach CMM Levels 2 and 3. Often, IT departments have good ideas about how they need to refresh themselves to sustain or improve the service they give to their companies, but they are too busy fire-fighting to make progress. They welcome the short-term help of an experienced, independent consultant to frame these ideas and plans in a way which will persuade peers and the Board to implement them. Previously, Tim has led technical support teams for major clients, and guided many successful client projects from opportunity identification through marketing, system design, and development to cut over and implementation. He was Chief Technical Architect of IBM's project which developed the concept of technical reference architectures (high level architectural patterns) for the corporation (http://www.research.ibm.com/journal/sj38-1.html). Qualifications: B.Sc. (Theoretical Physics), M.B.C.S., C.I.T.P. Click here to return to the top of page | Click here to eMail | |
